Sure, it is about 22 years old and it' a 2 story home.

Could you describe what it is about the bathroom you don't like and what features you would like to have in a new one?

Well I basically am tired of all of it, the colors are so dated, and the wallpaper is peeling in the corners and a couple seams. Also there are some loose tiles in the tub area, the lighting is poor, there is only 1 outlet by the sink and no drawers in the vanity. Oh yeah, and the fan quit working several years ago.
John
If I am understanding you , sounds like you want a major remodel, take everything out and start new.

What about features in the new bathroom?

Oh yeah, well I would like more lighting and a new exhaust fan, and I saw in a magazine something about heat in the floor, when I get out of the shower, or in the middle of the night the floor is freezing. I know I want granite for the countertop and I've seen some tile and accents I like, but I really need help putting it all together, colors I mean.
John
I can help you with all that, and I work with a decorater who I can make available to you to walk you through the entire material selection process and help coordinate colors.
Sounds like you have done some homework for this project, do you have a budget for the job.

Oh, I thought you would tell me what is was going to cost?

I can and will, but I would need some more information. What I was getting at was how much do you have set aside for this project? The price ofthe job is in major part affected by the selection of materials. For example a 42" cultured marble vanity top costs about $175.00 whereas a granite top, like the one you wanted would cost close to $500.00 with a bowl and a faucet can cost $75.00 to well over $200. When you share your budget it allows the decorater and I to make correct assumptions and to steer you to the the appropriate material selection.

Oh, ok I see. Well my husband and I were thinking in the $10,000 to $15,000.00 area.

Thanks that helps. Of course I have to look at your job, but based on what you have told me I would think it would be in the $15,000.00 area.
